Introduction to Tobamist Respules

Tobamist respules contain an active component called tobramycin. It belongs to the class of medicines called aminoglycoside antibiotics and is used to treat bacterial infection. It is effective against bacterial infection only, and it is not effective against viral or fungal infection. Inform your doctor if you are allergic to tobamist respules or any of the ingredients present in them or have kidney or muscle disorder.

Inform your doctor about your prescribed and non-prescribed medicine and take a proper diet while under medication. Therapeutic Effects of Tobamist Respules

Tobamist respules act by inhibiting the synthesis of protein in bacterial cells. It transports the aminoglycoside through the bacterial cell wall and cytoplasmic membrane and  binding to ribosomes resulting in inhibition of protein synthesis.
