Myo-Pyrolate Injection

Neostigmine inhibits the enzyme acetylcholinesterase to increase the availability of acetylcholine at the motor endplate. This has an antagonizing effect on the non-depolarising nerve and muscular blockade. Glycopyrrolate counteracts the undesirable effects caused by neostigmine by blocking the action of acetylcholine present in nerves and smooth muscles. This combination reverses the muscle relaxation produced by medications that relax muscles.

Myo-pyrolate injection is administered intravenously, infusing it into a vein. Your physician will decide the correct dosage and duration based on age, body weight, and disease condition.
