Mydor 500mg injection contains an active component of Doripenem. It is an antibiotic medication that belongs to the carbapenem class of antibiotics. It is primarily indicated for urinary tract infections, intra-abdominal infections, and infections in hospitalized patients. This medication can be used to treat infections within the abdominal cavity, such as appendicitis, peritonitis, and abscesses.
