Kiviza 1gm Injection

Kiviza 1mg injection is an irreversible inhibitor of β-lactamase. It binds with the penicillin-binding proteins (PBP) of specific bacterial species exhibiting direct antimicrobial activity.

Inform your physician about all the prescribed medicine, over-the-counter medications, nutritional or vitamin supplements, and herbal supplements you have taken before. Certain medications may interact with the kiviza 1mg injection and cause undesirable side effects. Tell your doctor if you are receiving probenecid because probenecid decreases the excretion of this injection.

• Store between 20°C to 25°C.
• Avoid exposure to heat, light, and moisture.
• It should be kept away from children and pets.

Kiviza 1mg injection is available as an injection and administered intravenously (into a vein) or intramuscularly (into a muscle) by the healthcare provider. Serious:

• Severe allergic reactions (rashes, itching, difficulty in breathing, fever)

Common:

• Injection site pain (which is usually minimized by diluting with local anesthesia by the physician)
• Thrombophlebitis (inflammation of the vein)
